*Sweet Treats and Gifts will be not responsible for damages caused by improper handling by customer or shipping recpient
*We are not responsible for damages caused by substandard shipping methods chosen by customer against our advice . STG will recommend special shipping arrangements for any particular product based on product components, time of year, and or distance.(Candy Products)
*All arrangements and shipping methods must be approved and funded by the customer during ordering process prior to shipping. Any approved returns for a refund must be intact, in original packaging including all lables and tags with items unopened.
*Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns for a refund. All refunds will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Approved returns that do not meet our standards will be accepted, but only as a store credit.
*Shipping charges will not be reimburst on gifts that are returned on a store credit or refund. *All returns will be inspected before any agreement for a refund is made. *In any case we find that we are at fault Sweet Treats and Gifts will take full resonsibily.
*( Sorry there are no returns on candy gifts) Candy products can not be returned do to Health Regulations and Freshness. In any case that there is a problem please give us a call and we will work you to try and resolve your problem.

Our products contains candy and bath items that are not maufactured by Sweet Treats and Gifts. So please exercise caution when ordering our candy and Bath products. We are not responsible for allergic reactions caused by consuming or the use of any of our products featured in our gifts. To ensure customer satisfaction.
