Order processing time is based on business days, business days includes all weekdays(Monday through Friday) Not weekends, orders placed on saturday or sunday are considered to have been placed on the next business.
*In order to provide our customers with the lowest shipping rates applicable, all orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service-USPS. in the contigous United States only. We offer 5-7 days and 1-2 days Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping at checkout. If an item is out of stock shipping process will take longer, in that case we will notify you via email and phone.
*NOTE* We Do Not ship to p.o.boxes.
Orders will be shipped to private property and residental addresses only, hospitals, hotels, schools ect can not be accommodated at this time.

All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment. packages are individualy inspected prior to shipping. Any damages accuring during shipping should be addressed to the shipping handler USPS. Please notify us if this becomes problem. We will work diligently with the customer to resolve these matters, but Sweet Treats and Gifts will not be held accountable for damages caused by improper handling on behalf of USPS.
*Custom made gifts*
Our custom made gifts will take longer to process, there will be a 7-10 day processing period. It may not take the full timeline for processing but we want to take precaution and not promise to have a gift available at a time that we can not promise. We do have 1-2 day express shipping if needed. *Please allow up to 3 days for payments to be processed.
